J. H. Cutler unconditionally guarantees every one of our garments.

We are happy to offer alterations and adjustments when required. When making a garment sufficient fabric is left in the seams to accommodate modest adjustments that may be required due to changes to the figure over the years.

In the event of one of our garments sustaining damage we will make every effort to carry out a satisfactory repair.

Each client’s individual pattern is retained on file, in strictest confidence, and style details and measurements are re-checked where possible, prior to another garment being ordered.
